Field Service Technician - Mississippi Delta
We are seeking a full-time, dependable Field Service Technician in the Stoneville, MS area. Territory will cover Arkansas & Mississippi. Candidates must live within the territory or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities
- Providing service to customers by installing, diagnosing, repairing, & removing soil moisture & telemetry equipment. Services must be completed in the estimated time frames promised to customers. 
- Working closely with the Trellis Manufacturing Team to maintain accurate inventory counts & to acquire parts required for service work on customer equipment 
- Working closely with the Trellis Sales Team to offer customer service & on-site support, as needed 
- Maintaining a clean & safe work environment in order to complete assigned work within established guidelines 
- Accurately recording work that was performed, labor hours, mileage, materials used, & all other information required by Trellis or by the customer 
- Ability & willingness to learn & use customer service software & diagnostic tools on laptops, tablets, and computers 
- Superior time management skills are a must. Will be personally accountable for managing own schedule 
- Maintaining & cultivating a professional relationship with fellow Trellis employees & customers 
Requirements
- Valid Driving License with insurable driving record & submittal of recent DMV printout 
- Ability to travel within territory & to be able to work with limited supervision 
- Access to transportation (Technician will use their own vehicle, 4-wheel drive preferred) 
- High School Diploma or GED 
- 1-3 years of work experience preferred 
- Basic writing & math skills 
- Basic use of hand tools 
- Farm background desirable
