We are seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative to lead our efforts in the Mississippi Delta area. Territory will cover Arkansas & Mississippi. Candidates must live in the area or be willing to relocate.

Position Overview
We are poised to dramatically scale our business & are seeking an experienced sales representative to assist our executive team in this endeavor. You will lead our Mississippi Delta-based sales efforts by discovering new markets, selling our products to growers, & establishing partnerships with local resellers & dealers. This will be a high growth opportunity in a fast-paced environment working with a product that has a truly significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue growth & sustained customer success within territory 
- Provide leadership in direct sales to growers in new & existing territories 
- Provide leadership in the identification of local partners & drive the establishment of reseller agreements 
- Develop & execute strategic regional sales & marketing plans 
- Build relationships with key regional stakeholders to unlock new strategic partnerships 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, or other relevant field 
- 1-2 years experience in agriculture, sales, marketing or business development 
- Ability to travel within territory to meet with growers, dealers, and other strategic partners 
- Possess ability to develop & implement regional account strategies. 
- Exhibit entrepreneurial approach to revenue growth, customer service & profitability. 
- Exercise strategic thinking to identify competitive advantage, customer needs, & market trends
